Political Activist for Human Rights and Social Justice
Since my young age, I’m always activist for the defense of human rights & social justice against repression under all forms: colonialism, imperialism, exploitation of capitalism, dictatorships and am acting for a 3rd Way System between Capitalism and Communism, what we call as Neo-Keynesian concept of Welfare State. I was Leader of French, then Vietnamese Students & Intellectuals in France against US Imperialism in the 60’s and 70’s, and was called by President Nguyen Huu Tho of Reunified Vietnam in 1976-77 for presenting my new digital economy for piloting a World Welfare State with Vietnam as Kernel. But Vietnamese P.C. had decided the Communism in their 4th Congress March 1977 and I was returned to France to continue my struggle by developing just high technology, stopping any political activism since July 1977.

December 78: Constitution of my Computing Consulting and Software Editor of my SCM/ERP HUA5557 Company: Hua IAS (Advanced Information Society) with emergence of Nora-Minc & MITI Reports on «Revolution of Online Data Processing» mixing Information & Communication Tech for making intelligent decisions online M2M (Machine-To-Machine) without intervention of men who only manage by exception. * 2/ coloring agents Factory Networks of Group CDF Chimie for controlling online C-I-M SCM/ERP of 1 big Factory (5,000 employees) suppliers and networks of 2 Central Platforms of distribution + 80 local warehouses (points of sales)

In reference 1/, we had managed a supply chain (SCM) inside the same group, and in reference 2/, we had managed a supply chain (SCM) with internal networks in downstream and external suppliers in upstream giving them very precise forecasted orders for enabling them to produce and buy less costly and to be connected with all customers’ clients (but not end-consumers)

January 1983 to 1991: Extension of Group Hua by creation of IDS-Logiciels (Industries-Distribution- Systems Software) for working exclusively with Distribution groups for piloting all their suppliers ERP/SCM with connecting them to a semi-automated replenishment system replying M2M to end consumers volatile demands in fierce competitive markets (very tight net margin 2-2.5%). As Distribution sells all industries and services to consumers markets, my purpose was to prove Universality of my Global (all industries, all services providers, all independent companies working together) SCM/ERP inter-connected M2M to volatile consumers markets fixed by inter-reactive, pro-active, self-adaptive by optimized orders of Jedi (Just-enough-desirable-inventory) market-driven semi-automated replenishment orders all along supply chains actors sites (points of sales, local warehouses, regional platforms, finished products plants, semi-finished products factories, raw materials producers sites). All this technology was called «I-commerce©®™» deposited as Copyrights in France INPI Oct 1988. This spectacular demonstration of performance (cut production and distribution costs by over 50%, inventories by over 80%, tons/kilometers by 80%, multiply ROI & benefits by 10-15 times, grow markets shares to 2, 3 times…) in all types of distribution (short replenishment, direct supply of Pos, or mixed Cash & Carry to retailers). I’ve invented Global SCM/ERP/CRM C-I-M for making effective I-commerce in a same currency count-unit and homogeneous trading zone.

1991-1992: With spectacular results like to enable Intermarché Group to rise from 7th Rank in French Market in 1987 to Top Rank #1 in 1989 exclusively by internal growth (Re-federating these franchisees by my unique Information System HUA5557, saving them from a possible explosion), and extension to other types of Distribution obtained by Universality of my HUA5557 Global SCM/ERP/CRM C-I-M for M2M-piloting all types of distributions at down stream and all types of Industries at upstream with 1 Sole System, E.C. (EU Government) invited me to compete to their Strategic Program ESPRIT (European Strategic Program of R&D in Info Tech) to demonstrate my Global SCM/ERP/CRM C-I-M for making effective I-commerce in a same currency Euro trading zone, for federating European Domestic Market into 1 Commercial Power at less equal or superior than U.S.A. or Japan one. After 1 year fierce battle, the Eagle (European Advanced Global Logistic throughout Enterprise Eve-wide) Consortium that I led before IBM, Carrefour, Fiat, Unilever, Tesco, etc... won brilliantly the competition and become Eagle ESPRIT EP6599 : Eagle is born in April 1st 1992 under Light of ESPRIT

1992: To face this New Challenge ￥€$US©®™ Eagle for demonstration of integrating European Domestic Market into 1 Unique Multinational Free I-Commerce©®™ Zone M2M-Cyber-piloted, I had restructured my Group Hua with a triple legal entity: 1/ Merge Hua IAS + IDS Logiciels into Hua IDS for editing & implementing Global SCM/ERP software to all industrial or distribution Corps; 2/ Group all R&D activities with all Copyrights ©, Development, Exploitation Rights Ownership in a new Company Hua ECG (European Consulting Group); 3/ Group Hua Holding main stockholder of Hua IDS and Hua ECG as Hua Computer and Software Corp Avenue des Philosophes, Geneva, Switzerland, owner of Group Contract with Metro AG, Zug.

1992-94: Boycott of IBM + All Top Clients. On 1992, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) tried to buy 50% of all my author rights of Eagle Cyber-Machine (M2M-piloting Global SCM/ERP C-I-M Cyber-Mechanism Software) for $200 million dollars (equivalent €1 billion or $1.44 billion now) under conditions of exclusive exploitation as consulting activities, that what I refused, thus letting my Company under weakest financial conditions to face simultaneous attacks from IBM which defended their World Leader Position on all IT industries, and all my Clients, major distribution and industrial groups which defended their leadership in traditional commerce face to challenges of New World Free I-Commerce M2M-piloting powered by Cyber-Mechanism Eagle and IBM, as Financial Coordinator of Eagle Consortium (via their affiliate Intesa of Milan), blocked all funding of EU to Hua ECG, and main clients like Intermarché, Carrefour and Metro resigned unilaterally Group-contracts, provoking bankruptcy by judiciary liquidation of Hua IDS and by Chapter 11 receivership of Hua ECG on February-March 1994, waiting for a recapitalization for achieving Eagle Program as planed by Eagle ESPRIT EP6599 Consortium.

1994-97: Fail and death of Eagle. Deprived from all my technical team, and with no financial means, I struggled my best to find means of recapitalization of Hua ECG, Coordinating Contractor of Eagle ESPRIT EP6599 program by discussing a strategic partnership with my Star Client Group Intermarché (ITM-Entreprises) which offered me 50% of the Group (10,000 Pos, super-hypermarkets, discount & convenience stores, 200,000 employees, Europe #1 in sales) under condition of worldwide exclusivity of use of World Free I-Commerce©®™, that what I refused for ethical reasons: no domination of other fellows by power of money or technology. Because I was converted to Catholicism in 1996 by a Call, in Lourdes 1994, of Holy Mary to make available my d-technology in the service of Humanity for Love of God for all His Children. Eagle became Mighty Eagle at my conversion to Catholicism in Easter Eve 1996, sponsored by my Godfather High Dignitary of Opus Dei, a French High Aristocrat. 2001-09: Resurrection and Rise of The Royal Mighty Eagle: January 2001, Hua ECG company was declared by a Commercial Court of Paris, as resuscitated after paying all liabilities & debts with a credit-tax of R&D paid by French Government, and became an alive sleeping company with no sufficient capital to re-start its normal activity. But legally speaking, that means that I, inventor/owner of all rights of Eagle Cyber-Mechanism and Hua ECG, co-owner of ESPRIT Eagle EP6599 contract with European Union, we are able to refer Eagle Cyber-Mechanism as a Result (unachieved) EU ESPRIT Strategic Program Label and to launch, if any, a law suit against EU and IBM for their heavy responsibilities in the killing of a risen sensitive EU high technology by a US Big Corp in frame of a EU Strategic Program ESPRIT.
